Seating & Check-In
Important: The performance takes place on the 19th floor in the Governor’s Ballroom, though you must check-in first with our team in The Social Lobby Bar to select your seats.
Doors for the ballroom will open 15 minutes before showtime.
You may check-in up to 60 minutes before your showtime to get the best seats, as seating is first come, first served. Front row is reserved for Premier ticket holders.
Not all guests need to be present to check-in.
Before the show
Doors open 15 minutes prior to each performance.
After checking in, feel free to enjoy a drink and let the anticipation build and you savor the magic before the showroom doors open.
Hotel & Dinner Reservations
We invite you to take the elevator home by booking a suite after your performance.
Dinner reservations at one of the on-property restaurants may be made before or after the performance.
We recommend allowing 1.5 hours if dining before the performance. The show runs approximately 75 minutes.
